Asbestos can be found in bathrooms up to 1983 in wall sheeting, flooring and ceilings. A visual inspection can be done at the time of quotation, however it is difficult to assess what the materials are until samples can be removed and inspected. Every job is treated with caution to ensure full compliance to safety requirements. An additional cost up to $1500 could apply if asbestos is found during the removal process.
