From time to time any property owner, domestic or industrial,can have a blocked drain, from a blocked sink to industrial waste. We can offer a fast, effective and affordable service using the latest state-of-the-art equipment to clear, locate, inspect and diagnose any problem in a drainage system.
PRICING.
Our pricing starts at $65 for a simple plunge if that's all it needs to gets things flowing.
If it's past a plunge, an assessment is made for the best course of action. Each job varies in time and equipment used. The most common procedure is a high pressure jetting to penetrate the blockage followed by inspection with a camera to diagnose the extent of the problem. Jetting is done again to remove and clean the pipe from any foreign matter ( tree roots, grease, silt, etc.) Inspection with the camera is also done again to ensure all of the pipe is clean.
Storm water drains can prove very challenging to unblock. In many cases they are harder to negotiate through tighter bends and smaller pipes. It may be necessary to cut a small hole in a downpipe or drain for access to clear it.
If, for some reason the blockage can not be reached or cleared the camera has a transmitter for locating the area for excavation and repair.
Jetter or motorised drain clearing?
The cost for this service is $250 for the first hour then $100 for every hour after.

Wet area lining is replaced including ceiling and cornice. Tiles are taken to 1900mm in shower and 1200mm on other walls. No structural changes are made. Timber floor is sheeted with underlay and floor tiled.
Fixtures, fittings, tiles and painting are not included in our cost. We recomend you source these yourself. Quantities are listed on our quote for tiles we've allowed to lay. For help in the selection process see one of our recommended suppliers
